All Web and Email hosting services delegated to the srv19 Hosting Server.
Customers using srv19 Hosting Server will experience minor delays during the duration of the maintenance window. This maintenance is required to ensure the continued stability and availability of your services.

Please note as this is a Legacy Planet Domain server this service outage will NOT affect the setup and provisioning of new hosting services.

RESCHEDULED: Service Alert: Horde webmail upgrade – Monday 21/05/2012 7:00 to 7:15AM

TPP Wholesaletechnical services team would like to advise the rescheduling of the Horde Webmail upgrade that was meant to happen on Thursday 17/05/2012, which will now occur on Monday 21/05/2012. There will be a 15 minute webmail outage from 7:00am to 7:15am on Monday morning (21/05/2012), as we complete this upgrade.

TPP Wholesaletechnical services team would like to advise of a scheduled upgrade to take place for the Cloud hosting Horde Webmail interface on the shared hosting infrastructure.

The upgrade should not cause any interruption of services.

Date and time: 22:00 (17/05/2012) - 00:00 (18/05/2012) AEST

Duration: 2 hours

Impact: During the upgrade period, existing customers will not be able to access the Cloud hosting Horde webmail interface. Customers who use POP or IMAP to access their mail via regular applications will still be able to log in as usual, and will not be impacted. We recommend using the @Mail interface for webmail access during this period.

Services affected: The upgrade will only affect clients using TPP Wholesale’s Cloud (Shared) Hosting Webmail service. No emails will be lost.

Scheduled Maintenance Notification – .AU Registry – Sunday, 20th May 2012

TPP Wholesale Customer Service team would like to advise that .AU Registry will be conducting maintenance to their servers on Sunday morning, 8:00:00 AEST – 12:00:00 AEST. The maintenance will be conducted at registry level, and will impact domains with this extension across all registrars, not just TPP Wholesale.

Date and time: Sunday, 20th May 2012, 08:00:00 AEST – 12:00:00 AEST

Duration: 4 hours

Impact: During the window, registrations, transfers, delegations, NIC updates and renewals will be offline.

Domains will still resolve and so this will not affect website and email services which are currently running.

Unscheduled interruption to Windows Server- 09/05/2012

TPP Wholesale technical service team wish to advice that the interruption with the Windows Server this morning has now been resolved. All services on this server have been restored and have returned back to normal.

Intermittent access to Webmail – Cloud hosting – 11:15am 7th May 2012

As at 11:30, one of the nodes in the Webmail cluster had been rebooted and is currently starting up all associated services. The intermittent and/or slow access to the Webmail system will be resolved shortly as the system restores its full resources.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this issue. If you still cannot login to the Webmail system, please check your password or reset it using TheConsole.

The TPP Wholesale Customer Service team would like to advise of the current intermittent outage of TheConsole control panel resulting from an upgrade applied this morning at 08:20 AEDT.

Customers are having difficulty logging into TheConsole Control Panel and the connection is timing out if logged in.

All services and servers such as Email, web hosting are not affected.

Service Alert – syd-srv13.ezyreg.com Service Outage

The TPP Wholesale Customer Service team would like to advise that syd-srv13.ezyreg.com has experienced excessive a short term service outage.

Date and Time:
10:21 AEST (GMT +10:00) 30th April 2012

Services Affected:
syd-srv13.ezyreg.com (HTTP/MAIL/DNS)

Websites hosted on this server may appear as unavailable with “Timeout” errors, similarly email software may not be able to connect to download new email. However no mail is lost as a result of this.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by service outages related to this machine. We are currently fine tuning the configuration on these servers to prevent any such problems in the future.

Resolution:
The server is being rebooted at 10:40 AEST 30th April 2012 and service should resume as normal within 5 – 10 minutes
