The TPP Wholesale Customer Service team would like to advise of a current outage on the syd-srv12.ezyreg.com cPanel server. This server has been taken down for emergency maintenance due to a hardware problem, requiring a number of tasks which will affect the service uptime for approximately 1 hour.
Date and time: 13:15 until approximately 14:15 AEDT 8th February 2012
Services affected: All Web and Email services associated with server syd-srv12.ezyreg.com
Impact: Visitors to websites on this server will experience “Timeout” errors. Email software will be unable to download mail. Incoming mail to users on this server will be queued for delivery, no mail loss should occur.
Updates will be posted when resolved. We apologise for the inconvenience caused in the mean time.
